摘要
食品安全不仅涉及食品数量,还涉及食品质量。目前,频频发生的食品安全问题给人们身心健康造成了严重影响,为此本文主要探讨了标准化体系在食品生产加工期间对安全监管工作的重要作用,并以此为基础,提出了相应的改进策略,以供参考。
Food safety involves not only the quantity of food,but also the quality of food.At present,food safety issues that occur frequently have a serious impact on people’s physical and mental health.This article mainly discusses the important role of the standardization system in safety supervision during the food production and processing period,and on this basis,proposes corresponding improvement strategies for reference.
