摘要 为提升辽宁省农产品物流园区的经济性及环保性,研究该地区农产品物流园区的选址问题。分析该地区农产品物流园区的选址原则及影响因素,选取出社会因素、自然因素及基础设施因素3大主要影响因素作为准则层,并选取9个子因素作为指标层,以辽宁省农产品物流园区选址与各个可选地址分别作为目标层与方案层,运用层次分析法建立包含此4个层级的辽宁省农产品物流园区选址模型,构建判断矩阵,求解后获得不同层级各个因素的影响权重,通过对比指标层各指标对目标层的权重可知,在沈阳市农产品物流园区选址中,交通条件、物流费用、经营环境与公共设施情况4个因素的影响程度更高,需重点对各个待选地址的此4方面实施考核,选取出可满足交通便利性、经济性及环保性等原则的农产品物流园区地址,为成功建设专业性较高的农产品物流园区奠定基础。 To improve the economical efficiency and environmental protection of agricultural products logistics park in Liaoning Province,the location of agricultural products logistics park in this area was studied.The location principles and influencing factors of agricultural products logistics park were analyzed.Three main influencing factors such as social factors,natural factors and infrastructure factors were selected as the criteria layer,and nine subfactors were selected as the index layer.And the location of agricultural products logistics park in Liaoning Province and each optional address were taken as the target layer and scheme layer,respectively.The four layers were established by using AHP.After solving,the influence weights of various factors at different levels were obtained.Comparing the weight of each index layer on the target layer led to the statement that in site selection of Shenyang agricultural products logistics park,traffic conditions,logistics costs,business environment and public facilities had a higher degree of influence,and it was necessary to focus on these four aspects of each address to be selected.The agricultural products logistics park address that can meet the principles of transportation convenience,economy and environmental protection was selected,which laid the foundation for the successful construction of agricultural products logistics park with higher specialty.
