摘要
不孕不育症是困扰人类生育健康的一大难题,辅助生殖技术已成为治疗不孕不育症的重要组成部分,而子宫内膜容受性(endometrial receptivity,ER)是影响体外受精/卵胞浆内单精子注射结局的重要因素之一,本文综述ER的超声评价指标预测辅助生殖技术中妊娠结局的研究进展。
Infertility has become a major problem in human health, while assisted reproductive technology is an important technology for treatment of infertility. Endometrial receptivity is one of the important factors affecting the outcome of in vitro fertilization/intracytoplasmic sperm injection(IVF/ICSI). This paper reviews the research advances in predicting pregnancy outcome in assisted reproductive technology using ultrasound evaluation index of endometrial receptivity.
