摘要
目的评价某学生近视影响因素调查问卷的复测一致性,为完善调查问卷设计提供参考。方法采用自填方式进行调查,第一次调查结束后,间隔1个月对同一班级学生进行第二次调查,采用SPSS 15.0软件计算问卷复测一致率。结果共调查了572名学生,其中男生占52.10%,女生占47.90%,4~6年级小学生46.50%,初中生占53.50%。问卷包含28道单选题,总体复测一致率约为56.49%,总体复测信度为0.573。不同性别间复测一致率差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.305,P=0.581),不同年级间一致率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=32.221,P<0.001)。各类题目一致率由高到低依次是分类型题目(73.72%)、频次型题目(72.12%)、时间型题目(59.38%)和频率型题目(52.75%)。结论问卷总体复测一致率不高,应针对复测一致率较低的题目进行修改。
Objective To evaluate the retest consistency of the questionnaire on influencing factors of myopia among students,so as to provide reference for improving the design of the questionnaire.Methods The self-filling method was used for the survey.After the first survey,the second survey was conducted on the students in the same class at an interval of 1 month.The consistency rate of the questionnaire was calculated by SPSS 15.0 software.Results A total of 572 students were surveyed,including 52.10%boys and 47.90%girls,46.50%elementary students in grades 4-6 and 53.50%middle school students.The questionnaire contained 28 single choice questions,and the overal retest consistency rate was about 56.49%,and the overall retest reliability was 0.573.There was no difference in the consistency rate between different genders(χ^(2)=0.305,P=0.581),but there was significant difference in the consistency rate between different grades(χ^(2)=32.221,P<0.001).The consistency rates of various kinds of questions from high to low were Classified-type(73.72%),Count-type(72.12%),Time-type(59.38%)and Frequency-type(52.75%).Conclusion The overal retest consistency rate of the questionnaire is not high,the questions with low retest consistency should be modified.
