摘要
本文分析了旌德县退耕还林工程现状和存在问题,探索利用ArcGIS、卫星图片和退耕还林检查验收档案建立退耕还林地理数据库的方法,以有效推进退耕还林工程数字化管理,有利于林业主管部门科学决策和林业信息化建设。
In this paper, an analysis was made on the actualities and existing problems of the project de-farming and reforesting hillside land and an exploration was made on the methods for establishing the geodatabase of de-farming and reforesting hillside land with ArcGIS, satellite images and archives of acceptance checks for the project, so as to effectively promote digitized management of the project and facilitate scientific decision-making and informatization construction of the forestry departments.
