摘要
采用60 t BOF-LF-VD-220 mm×220 mm CC-轧制工艺流程成功试制履带链轨节用Φ50 mm 35MnB圆钢(0.35%C,0.28%Si,1.25%Mn,0.0020%B,0.030%Ti)。通过优化BOF出钢[C]≥0.10%和[P]≤0.015%,精炼渣碱度(R)3.87~5.73,软吹时间≥15 min,中间包钢水过热度20~32℃,轧制加热温度1100~1200℃,开轧温度1000~1070℃,终轧温度≥850℃等工艺技术参数,35MnB成品钢材氧含量≤15×10^(-6),氮含量≤50×10^(-6),低倍组织和非金属夹杂物均≤1.5级,淬透性J1.5 HRC:53~55,J19 HRC:34~38,抗拉强度960~1050 MPa,屈服强度765~810 MPa,冲击功80~100 J,各项性能指标均满足要求。
Φ50 mm 35 MnB steel bar(0.35%C,0.28%Si,1.25%Mn,0.0020%B,0.030%Ti)for track link is produced by 60 t BOF-LF-VD-220 mm×220 mm CC-rolling process.By optimizing the technical parameters of BOF tapping,including[C]≥0.10%and[P]≤0.015%,basicity of refining slag R=3.87~5.73,soft blowing time for≥15 min,20~32℃superheat of tundish liquid,rolling heating temperature at 1100~1200℃,starting rolling at 1000~1070℃,and finishing rolling at≥850℃,of the finished 35 MnB steel bar,the[O]≤15×10^(-6),[N]≤50×10^(-6),rating of macrostructure and nonmetal inclusion≤1.5,hardenability J1.5 HRC number:53~55,J19 HRC number:34~38,TS 960~1050 MPa,YS 765~810 MPa,IE 80~100 J,to meet the requirement of each performance index.
