摘要
服务自助化是高校智慧图书馆服务功能的标志之一,如何使自助服务得到用户的接受和认可,关系到高校智慧图书馆建设成效。文章以探究自助服务用户使用意愿的影响因素为目的,在参考UTAUT模型的基础上,选取感知信任、感知风险、感知愉悦、感知交互、自我效能感等变量,构建概念模型,通过结构方程建模方法验证模型的有效性。研究表明:绩效期望、努力期望、感知信任、感知愉悦和自我效能感正向影响用户使用意愿,社会影响、感知风险和感知交互间接影响用户使用意愿,据此提出高校图书馆自助服务改进建议。
Library self-service is one of the signs of services provided by smart libraries,and how to make users accept and recognize the self-service concerns the performance of smart library construction.The article aims to investigate the factors influencing the users'intention to use the self-service,and uses UTAUT model for reference.The variables of perceived trust,perceived risk,perceived pleasure,perceived interaction,and self-efficacy are selected to construct a conceptual model,and the validity of the model is verified through a structural equation modeling approach.The study shows that performance expectation,effort expectation,perceived trust,perceived pleasure and self-efficacy positively affect users'intention to use self-service,and social influence,perceived risk and perceived interaction indirectly affect users'intention to use the service,and according to which suggestions for improving self-service in university libraries are proposed.
