摘要
目的:观察天麻钩藤饮联合西药对H型高血压患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、不对称性二甲基精氨酸(ADMA)水平的影响。方法:选取120例H型高血压患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组各60例。对照组接受常规H型高血压治疗方案,给予缬沙坦氨氯地平片、叶酸片口服,观察组在对照组基础上加用天麻钩藤饮,2组均治疗6周。观察2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后中医证候评分、动态血压、血浆Hcy、ADMA水平变化。结果:治疗后,2组中医证候评分、收缩压、舒张压均较治疗前下降,观察组上述3项指标值均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组Hcy、ADMA水平均较治疗前下降,观察组上述2项水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组81.67%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:天麻钩藤饮联合西药治疗H型高血压可有效缓解头痛、眩晕等症状,降低血压,减少心脑血管疾病发生的风险。
Objective:To observe the effect of Tianma Gouteng yin combined with western medicine on levels of homocysteine(Hcy)and asymmetric dimethylarginine(ADMA)in plasma in patients with H-type hypertension.Methods:A total of 120 cases of patients with H-type hypertension were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment regiment for H-type hypertension and oral administration of valsartan amlodipine tablets and folic acid tablets,and the observation group was additionally treated with Tianma Gouteng yin based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for six weeks.The clinical effects in the two groups were observed.Before and after treatment,the changes in Chinese medicine syndrome scores,ambulatory blood pressure,and levels of Hcy and ADMA in plasma in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,Chinese medicine syndrome scores,systolic pressure and diastolic pressure in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the above three indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Hcy and ADMA in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the above two levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate was 95.00%in the observation group,higher than that of 81.67%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tianma Gouteng yin combined with western medicine for H-type hypertension can effectively relieve symptoms including headache and dizziness,decrease blood pressure,and reduce the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
