摘要
文章在回顾中西方高等教育发展历程的基础上,从教育生态学视角剖析高等教育与生态环境的关系演变规律,总结高质量高等教育发展观。现实中应遵循高质量高等教育发展逻辑,形塑高质量高等教育的应有样态:教育系统应具有良好的开放性、教育结构与功能应实现真正意义上的多样性、教育系统应具有自适应与自调节能力。从生态平衡视角,高质量高等教育的发展路径宏观上通过发展系统多样的结构与功能、建立健全导向适应的生态性机制,提高高等教育系统的生态适应性,微观上聚焦高校对生态环境的适应性,面向经济社会高质量发展大局找准生态位、回归育人初心。
This paper reviews the origin and development of higher education in China and the west, analyzes the evolution law of the relationship between higher education and ecological environment from the perspective of education ecology, and summarizes the development view of high-quality higher education. In accordance with the development logic of high-quality higher education, we should shape the proper frame of high-quality higher education: the educational system should have good openness, the educational structure and function should have real diversity, and the educational system should have the ability of self-adaptation and self-regulation. From the perspective of ecological balance, this paper discusses the development path of high-quality higher education. At the macro level, such a path can improve the ecological adaptability of higher education system by developing various structures and functions of the system and establishing and perfecting the ecological mechanism oriented to adaptation. At the micro level, it focuses on the adaptability of colleges and universities to the ecological environment, finds the correct ecological niche and returns to the original intention of education for the overall high-quality economic and social development.
