摘要
我国属于农业大国,农业发展历史悠久,农村问题一直以来都是我国社会的重大问题。习近平总书记在党的十九大报告中明确提出了乡村振兴战略,对于我国“三农”问题的解决具有划时代意义。乡村振兴战略是“三农”问题解决和发展的核心和关键,是我国决胜全面建成小康社会和决战脱贫攻坚下的重要战略。所以,乡村振兴战略是农业产业化、农民职业化和农村现代化发展的核心战略。文章就我国农业发展现状及问题切入,重点探讨了乡村振兴背景之下的农业发展价值,针对性地提出了乡村振兴背景下的农业发展策略。
China is a large agricultural country with a long history of agricultural development,and the rural problem has always been a major issue in our society.Chinese President Xi Jinping clearly put forward the strategy of rural revitalization in the report of the 19th CPC National Congress,which is of epoch-making significance for solving the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers in China.The strategy of rural revitalization is the core and key to the solution and development of the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and it is also an important strategy for our country to win a decisive victory in building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and to fight against poverty.Therefore,China's rural revitalization strategy is the core strategy for the development of agricultural industrialization,farmers'professionalization and rural modernization.Based on the current situation and problems of agricultural development in China,this paper focuses on the value of agricultural development under the background of rural revitalization,and puts forward the strategies of agricultural development under the background of rural revitalization.
