摘要
目的分析银屑病住院患者合并代谢性疾病的临床特征。方法收集2016年1月至2018年12月于宁夏医科大学总医院皮肤科住院的538例银屑病患者的临床资料,回顾性分析并比较合并代谢综合征患者与单纯银屑病患者的临床特征差异。结果与单纯银屑病患者相比,合并代谢综合征的银屑病患者在性别、年龄、病程、银屑病面积和严重程度指数(PASI)评分、体质量指数(BMI)、银屑病家族史、吸烟史及饮酒史等方面差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);实验室检查结果显示,合并代谢综合征的银屑病患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、总胆固醇水平均较单纯银屑病患者高(P均<0.05)。结论银屑病患者合并代谢性疾病时更容易出现炎性指标及血脂异常,临床中应注意关注相关指标的变化。
Objective To identify the clinical characteristics of psoriasis patients with metabolic diseases.Methods The clinical data of 538 patients with psoriasis hospitalized in the department of dermatology of General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University from January 2016 to December 2018 were collected,the clinical characteristics of patients with metabolic syndrome and single psoriasis were analyzed and compared retrospectively.Results There were no significant differences in gender,age,duration of disease,psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)score,BMI,family history,smoking history and drinking history in patients of psoriasis with metabolic syndrome,compared with patients of single psoriasis(P all>0.05).Laboratory tests showed that serum CRP and total cholesterol levels were higher than those in patients with simple psoriasis(P all<0.05).Conclusion Psoriasis patients with matabolic diseases are more prone to have abnormal inflammatory index and dyslipidemia.We should pay attention to the changes of relevant indexes in clinic.
