摘要
随着年龄增长,下尿路症状(LUTS)愈加明显地影响老年人生活质量,其中膀胱逼尿肌乏力(DU)为常见病因。目前,尿动力学检查(UDS)是评估膀胱逼尿肌收缩力(BDC)的“金标准”,由于该检查费用高、操作复杂,可引起患者尿路感染、出血及疼痛等,给患者带来较重的经济和精神负担。文章主要对无创性检查在评估BDC的临床应用及进展进行综述。虽然,这些检查方法尚难以完全取代UDS,但仍具备一定的鉴别DU能力,值得进一步研究及应用,提高LUTS诊治能力。
The life quality of the older was impaired by lower urinary tract symptoms(LUTS),to which bladder detrusor underactivity(DU)contributes,with aging.Presently,urodynamics test(UDS)is the gold standard of evaluation of bladder detrusor contractility(BDC).Patents often were involved within mental and financial burden due to high cost,intricate performance,and urinary complications,including infections,blooding and pain,of UDS.The article reviewed the development in clinical application of non-invasive assessment of bladder detrusor contractility.Although the non-invasive assessment hardly completely replaced the role of UDS in diagnosis of LUTS,DU could be detected to some extent by those methods that warrant research and application in the further.
