摘要
由于聚丙烯(PP)和天然植物纤维的不相容性,木塑复合材料(WPC)的性能不是很理想,研究者对此做了很多工作,包括对天然植物纤维的预处理、添加无机粒子/纤维及相容剂等。对天然植物纤维进行预处理可以破坏纤维网状结构中的氢键,去除覆盖在纤维表面的蜡状物和油,增加纤维表面的粗糙度,提高纤维与聚合物之间的物理连接;添加无机粒子/纤维可以提高WPC的热、力学、阻燃等性能;添加相容剂可以增强WPC中的界面连接,提高WPC的性能。本文在此综述PP基WPC近5年的研究现状,为制备高性价比PP基WPC提供参考。
Due to the incompatibility between PP and natural plant fibers,the performance of WPC is not very ideal,which has become a hot research object in recent years,including the pretreatment of natural plant fibers,the addition of inorganic particles/fibers and the addition of compatiblers.Pretreatment of natural plant fibers can break the hydrogen bonds in the fiber network structure,remove the wax and oil covering the surface of fibers,increase the surface roughness of fibers,and improve the physical connection between fiber and polymer;adding inorganic particles/fibers can improve the thermal,mechanical and flame retardant properties of WPC;the addition of compatibilizer can enhance the interface connection in WPC and improve the performance of WPC.The research status of polypropylene base WPC in recent five years is reviewed,providing reference for the preparation of cost-effective polypropylene base WPC.
