摘要
渗漏水被建筑业界称为隧道工程的第一大顽疾,"十隧九漏"的说法在隧道养护人员中广为流传,渗漏水堪称隧道工程质量的"大蛀虫"。值得注意的是,防水材料和防水施工工艺并不是相互独立的,两者相互匹配对于防止渗漏水具有重大意义。本文介绍了"三明治"式防水材料结构设计,成功将隧道防水材料的二步施工法简化为一步施工法;同时运用"剥离区理论"和"热熔压敏"的理念,从材料的配方设计、制备工艺、物理力学性能测试等方面论述了材料的研发与生产过程。
Leakage water is called the first stubborn disease of tunnel engineering by the construction industry.The saying of"ten tunnels and nine leaks"is widely spread among tunnel maintenance personnel.Leakage water can be called the"big moth"of tunnel engineering quality.It is worth noting that waterproof materials and waterproof construction technology are not independent of each other.Matching them is of great significance to prevent water leakage.This paper introduces the structural design of"sandwich"waterproof material,and successfully simplifies the two-step construction method of tunnel waterproof material into one-step construction method;At the same time,the R&D and production process of materials are discussed from the aspects of formulation design,preparation process and physical and mechanical properties test by using the concepts of"stripping zone theory"and"hot melt pressure sensitive".
