摘要
为了研究鸡嗉子果在烟草、香料等方面的开发和应用,以响应面法对超声波连续逆流提取鸡嗉子果挥发性成分的工艺条件进行优化,采用蒸馏提取装置对挥发性成分进行收集和分析鉴定。以鸡嗉子果挥发性成分得率为考察指标,采用Box-Behnken Design(BBD)响应面试验法进行优选。结果表明,最佳提取条件提取温度75℃、提取时间60 min、溶剂浓度75%;共鉴定出42种化合物,用峰面积归一化法测定各组分的相对含量,主要成分为:α-蒎烯、莰烯、角鲨烯、4-亚甲基-1-(1-甲基乙基)双环[3.1.0]2-己烯等。经验证该工艺稳定、可行,该产品是一种优质的烟用香料。
In order to study the development and application of Dendrobenthamia capitata in the fields of tobacco,flavor and fragrance industries,the ultrasonic continuous countercurrent extraction of Dendrobenthamia capitata is optimized by response surface methodology(RSM),and its volatile components were analyzed and identified.The volatile components are collected by simultaneous distillation and extraction device,and analyzed and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The results show that the best extraction conditions are as follows,extraction temperature 75℃,the extraction time 60 min,the mass concentration of solvent 75%.42 components are identified with the peak area of the relative content of each component by normalization method,they are:α-pinene,camphene,squalene,4-methylene-1-(1-methyl ethyl)bicyclic[3.1.0]2-hexene,et al.The process is stable and feasible.The product obtained is a high-quality tobacco flavor.
