摘要
为了探究预应力混凝土核安全壳结构有限元分析中模拟预应力的准确方法,分别采用初应变法、降温法和多次降温法模拟施加预应力,对核安全壳结构的动力特性进行了系统分析.结果表明,由上述三种方法得到的安全壳结构的扭平周期比分别为0.526、0.525和0.499,满足相关规范的限制要求.由三种预应力模拟方法得到的模态频率和周期除前两阶外,其他各阶实测结果均吻合较好.采用多次降温法模拟预应力能较真实地反映核安全壳结构中预应力作用和预应力钢束对刚度的影响.
In order to explore the accurate method of simulating prestress for the finite element analysis of prestressed concrete nuclear containment structure,an initial strain method,a cooling method and a multiple cooling method were adopted to simulate the applied prestress,and the dynamic characteristics of nuclear containment structure were systematically analyzed.The results show that the torsional period ratio of nuclear containment structure obtained by the three methods mentioned above are 0.526,0.525 and 0.499,respectively,and these results meet the requirements by relevant specifications.The modal frequencies and periods obtained by three prestressed simulation methods are in good agreement with the measured results of different steps except the first two ones.The application of multiple cooling method can more accurately reflect the influence of prestressed action and prestressed steel on the stiffness of nuclear containment structure.
