摘要
为了实现管理高效化、校核精细化以及材料规范化,笔者提出了电网信息化项目前期数字化管理平台设计方案。设计系统主要基于Java语言开发,基于Vue框架进行界面支持,基于MySQL数据库进行持久化存储。系统应用Drools框架实现了对项目前期的文档材料进行针对性校核,形成相应的问题报告,方便业务人员快速调整。为保证系统的强壮性和扩展性,平台可在现有造价框架下调整参数配置,扩展适配不同的造价标准,支持对可研文档版本存储和项目全过程管理。经过测试,平均一份文档的系统校核时间不超过3s,一份文档的校对修正能在一个工作日内完成并形成过程管理信息。设计的系统可提升电网信息化项目可行性研究成果质量,提高对可行性研究文档材料的管理效率。
In order to achieve efficient management, fine-checking and standardization of materials, the author proposed the design of a digital management platform in the early stage of the power grid informatization project. The design system is mainly based on Java language development, interface support based on Vue framework, and persistent storage based on MySQL database.The system uses the Drools framework to achieve targeted verification of the documents and materials in the early stage of the project,and form corresponding problem reports to facilitate quick adjustments by business personnel. In order to ensure the robustness and scalability of the system, the platform can adjust the parameter configuration under the existing cost framework, expand and adapt to different cost standards, and support the storage of feasibility study document versions and the whole process management of the project. After testing, the average system verification time for a document is within 3 s, and the proofreading and correction of a document can be completed within one working day and form process management information. The designed system can improve the quality of the feasibility study results of the power grid informatization project, and improve the management efficiency of the feasibility study document materials.
