建筑工程设计工作的质量高低能够对建筑工程项目产生非常大的影响,设计基本上贯穿了整个项目的始终,能够对建筑的质量管控、投资管控、节能环保以及后期维护等多个方面的工作产生至关重要的影响。现阶段建筑市场竞争日益激烈,企业想要保证自身拥有良好竞争力,实现长远发展,更需要给予建筑工程设计管理足够重视。因此,便以“特房·同安新城酒店”项目为例,针对新形势下的建筑工程设计管理策略做出分析和探讨。
In terms of construction engineering design work,its quality can have a very large impact on the construction project.The design basically runs through the entire project,and can control the quality of the building,investment control,energy conservation,environmental protection,and subsequent maintenance,etc.Many aspects of work have a vital impact.At this stage,the competition in the construction market is becoming increasingly fierce.If companies want to ensure that they have good competitiveness and achieve long-term development,they need to pay enough attention to construction engineering design management.Therefore,this article takes the“Special Room.Tong’an New City Hotel”project as an example to analyze and discuss the design and management strategies of construction projects under the new situation.
