摘要
本文根据工程教育专业认证的“成果导向”理念,针对当前机械类专业教学中存在的设计和制造类课程之间相对独立设置的问题,提出了设计与制造类课程实践教学融合建设的思路。围绕机械产品设计和制造主线,突出设计制造能力培养设置理论教学内容。以培养学生知识综合应用能力和工程实践能力为导向,以真实工程环境为依托,通过项目化实践教学的5个阶段,即方案设计、零部件结构设计、典型零件工艺设计、零件加工、精度检测分析及组装,实施机械类专业设计和制造类课程实践教学的融合,实现设计与制造系统化、完整化的综合实践教学建设。
According to the"results-oriented"concept of engineering education certification,this paper puts forward the idea of integrating practical teaching of design and manufacturing courses in view of the relatively independent setting of design and manufacturing courses in the current teaching of mechanical majors.Focus on the main line of mechanical product design and manufacturing,the theoretical teaching content of design and manufacturing ability training is highlighted.Guided by cultivating students'comprehensive knowledge application ability and engineering practice ability,relying on the real engineering environment,the project practice teaching is divided into five stages:Scheme design,component structure design,typical component process design,component processing,precision testing and analysis and assembly are integrated into the practical teaching of mechanical design and manufacturing courses to achieve a complete integrated practice teaching of design and manufacturing.
