摘要
随着现代生活水平的不断提高,对建筑项目设计施工的要求也越来越高,为了满足城市整体规划要求,建筑项目要与周围环境统一,体现出一个现代化、自然环境良好的旅游城市风貌。本文以中山翠湖体育馆项目为例,表明在建设城市大型公益性建筑时,应以人为本,从不同年龄人群的需求出发,建设良好的训练比赛、健身休闲、交流发展的现代化体育设施和环境。以符合当地的整体规划为定位,建立集体育、娱乐配套于一体的大型城市公益性场馆。
With the continuous improvement of modern living standards,the design and construction requirements of construction projects are increasingly high.In order to meet the requirements of urban overall planning,construction projects should be unified with the surrounding environment to reflect a modern,good natural environment of the tourist city style.Taking the project of Zhongshan Cuihu sports center as an example,this paper illustrates that when constructing large-scale public welfare buildings in cities,people-oriented construction should be carried out according to the needs of people of different ages to build modern sports facilities and environment for good training competition,fitness and leisure,communication and development that is in line with the overall planning of the local positioning,thus building a large-scale public welfare venue in the city integrating the sports and entertainment.
