摘要
目的分析成年根尖孔未闭合患牙形成根尖屏障治疗要点,评价生物陶瓷iRoot BP Plus应用效果。方法80例(80颗患牙)成年根尖孔未闭合患牙患者,以随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各40例(40颗患牙)。对照组采取无机三氧化物聚合物(MTA)充填于根尖孔及根管下段,观察组采取生物陶瓷iRoot BP Plus充填于根尖孔及根管下段。比较两组治疗效果、充填操作时间、生活质量评分。结果两组成功率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组充填操作时间(8.50±1.50)min短于对照组的(14.80±2.20)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组生活质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论生物陶瓷iRoot BP Plus在根尖屏障技术中的应用效果显著,操作时间短,是优选治疗方式。
Objective To analyze the key points of the treatment of the apical barrier formed by the unclosed apical foramen of adult patients,and evaluate the application effect of the bioceramic iRoot BP Plus.Methods A total of 80 cases(80 affected teeth)of adult patients with unclosed apical foramen were divided into observation group and control group by random numerical table,with 40 cases(40 teeth)in each group.In the control group,mineral trioxide aggregater(MTA)was used to fill the apical foramen and lower root canal,and in the observation group,bioceramic iRoot BP Plus was used to fill the apical foramen and lower root canal.The therapeutic effect,filling operation time,and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in success rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The filling operation time(8.50±1.50)min in the observation group was shorter than(14.80±2.20)min in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application effect of bioceramic iRoot BP Plus in apical barrier technique is remarkable,and the operation time is short.It is a preferred treatment method.
