摘要
目的探讨冠状动脉(冠脉)介入治疗对冠心病合并心力衰竭(心衰)患者B型脑钠肽(BNP)水平及心功能的影响。方法60例冠心病合并心衰患者,根据双盲随机法分为对照组及实验组,每组30例。对照组给予药物治疗,实验组实施冠脉介入治疗。比较两组治疗前后心功能指标[左室射血分数(LVEF)、BNP、6 min步行距离]、治疗效果和住院时间。结果治疗后,实验组LVEF(56.24±1.25)%高于对照组的(50.21±1.21)%,BNP(278.56±13.25)ng/L低于对照组的(438.12±23.12)ng/L,6 min步行距离(372.19±52.01)m长于对照组的(321.21±41.46)m,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗总有效率96.67%高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组住院时间为(9.51±2.21)d,短于对照组的(12.41±3.14)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心病合并心衰患者实施冠脉介入治疗效果确切。
Objective To discuss the effect of percutaneous coronary intervention on brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)level and heart function in patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure.Methods A total of 60 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the double-blind random method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with drug therapy,and the experimental group was treated with percutaneous coronary intervention.The cardiac function indexes[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),BNP,6-min walking distance]before and after treatment,therapeutic effect and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the LVEF(56.24±1.25)%of the experimental group was higher than(50.21±1.21)%of the control group,and the BNP(278.56±13.25)ng/L was lower than(438.12±23.12)ng/L of the control group,and 6-min walking distance(372.19±52.01)m was longer than(321.21±41.46)m of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment 96.67%in the experimental group was higher than 70.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time in the experimental group was(9.51±2.21)d,which was shorter than(12.41±3.14)d in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous coronary intervention has definite effect on patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure.
