摘要
目的探究CT、MRI对前列腺癌术前分期的诊断效能。方法选取本院2018年1月~2020年7月收治的48例前列腺癌为研究对象,对其均进行CT、MRI检查,对比CT、MRI对前列腺癌的诊断正确率以及两者影像学特征。结果MRI检查对前列腺癌A、B、C分期诊断正确率明显高于CT检查(P值<0.05);CT和MRI影像学特点情况,CT显示多数前列腺体积增大,仅少数形态、大小正常;25例患者病灶呈结节状或片状,平扫呈均匀软组织密度影;MRI检查,T1WI轴位扫描图像出现较低信号或等信号,增强扫描病灶为均匀强化,2WI轴位及T2WI冠位扫描图像均出现异常低信号。结论CT、MRI检查在前列腺影像学检查中效果明显,其中MRI在前列腺术前分期诊断方面具有更高的正确性,利于治疗方案的拟定,具有较高的实际应用价值。
Objective To explore the diagnostic efficacy of CT and MRI in preoperative staging of prostate cancer.Methods 48 cases of prostate cancer treated in our hospital from January 2018 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects,and all cases were examined by CT and MRI.The diagnostic accuracy of CT and MRI for prostate cancer and their imaging characteristics were compared.Results The grading and staging accuracy of MRI examination of prostate cancer was significantly higher than that of CT(P<0.05).CT and MRI imaging characteristics showed that most of shapes and sizes of prostate were enlarged,and only a few were normal in CT.The lesions in 25 patients were nodular or flaky,and it showed homogeneous soft tissue density on plain scan.MRI showed low signal or equal signal in T1 WI axial scanning image,and homogeneous enhancement was found in enhanced scanning lesions,and axial position of 2 WI was in axial position and T2 WI coronal scan images showed abnormal low signal.Conclusion CT and MRI examinations are effective in prostate imaging examinations.Among them,MRI has higher accuracy in the preoperative staging of the prostate,which is beneficial to the formulation of treatment plans.It has high practical application value.
