摘要
针对绩效管理中存在的常见问题,采用文献阅读、个案研究、理论分析与实践分析相结合等方法,借鉴"数据+"理念,探索改进绩效管理的措施,创新绩效载体,设计开发了绩效考核系统,借助大数据手段加大信息融合力度,智能化开展数据计算、对比分析、撰写汇报、诊断评估,提升了绩效考核与激励的及时性、科学性、精确性。
In allusion to common problems existing in performance management,using of methods such as literature studying,case analysis,integration of theory and practice,measures of improving performance management are explored based on the concept of "data+".The performance carrier is innovated and a performance assessment system is designed and developed.The system enhances information fusion with big data,intelligently carries out data calculation,comparative analysis,writing report,diagnosis and evaluation,which improves the timeliness,scientificity and accuracy of performance assessment and stimulation.
