开式循环热泵污水浓缩系统的模拟及优化分析 被引量:1

摘要 热泵系统应用于污水低温蒸发浓缩时,是一种节能高效、使系统又不易结垢的污水浓缩处理方式。为分析一种基于西安的气候条件,实际开式空气循环热泵系统的运行经济性。首先,考虑管路及元件损失,建立实际系统的热力学模型;然后,通过费用年值法建立系统经济性评价模型,评估平均单位成本;最后,对实际系统进行模拟计算,提出系统运行的新模式,得到最优运行条件,从系统运行参数方面指出了进行性能优化的方法。研究结果表明:经优化的实际系统月平均单位质量蒸发水耗电量为0.3508 kWh/kg;本系统支出费用比文献中闭式热泵干燥系统的费用低近三分之一,由此证明开式空气循环热泵干燥技术在污水浓缩、物料干燥领域具有巨大的能效优势。 The heat pump drying system evaporating at low temperatures is often used in sewage concentration,which is an efficient way to prevent the system from fouling deposition.In this paper,a techno-economic analysis of an optimized open heat pump drying system based on the weather data of Xi’ an is presented.First,the thermodynamic model of the actual system considering the pipe and components’ pressure loss is established.Then,modeling of the economic performance of the system is carried out to estimate levelised unit costs by the annual cost method.At last,the simulation is carried out to optimize operation conditions through a new system operating pattern.The method of performance optimization is pointed out from the aspect of manufacturing parameters.The results show that the monthly average power consumption of the optimized actual system is 0.3508 kWh/kg.Compared with the closed system’ s published data,the total cost of this open system is nearly one-third lower,proving that the open heat pump drying technology has a huge developing potential in the field of sewage concentration and material drying.
