摘要
目的探究对居家青光眼患者施行延续护理的效果。方法随机将2018年1月至2020年6月本院78例居家青光眼患者分为对照组(39例,施行常规护理)、观察组(39例,施行延续护理)。均随访3个月,对比两组眼压、生活质量及负性情绪评分。结果观察组出院后3个月眼压较对照组更低,P<0.05;观察组出院后3个月生活质量评分较对照组更高,且负性情绪评分较对照组更低,P<0.05。结论对居家青光眼患者施行延续护理有助于改善眼压水平及不良情绪,其生活质量更高。
Objective To explore the effect of continuing nursing on glaucoma patients at home.Methods 78 patients with glaucoma at home in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2020 were randomly divided into control group(39 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(39 cases,continued nursing).All patients were followed up for 3 months.The IOP,quality of life and negative emotion scores were compared between the two groups.Results The intraocular pressure in the observation group was lower than that in the control group 3 months after discharge,P<0.05;the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at 3 months after discharge,and the negative emotion score was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Continuous care for glaucoma patients at home is helpful to improve the level of intraocular pressure and bad mood,and their quality of life is higher.
