摘要
新能源汽车的政策补贴持续退坡即将走向尾声,迫切需要通过技术突破获取持续发展,本文通过对比亚迪垂直整合和吉利连续并购的技术跃迁路径进行比较研究,发现垂直整合适合成长期企业快速扩张,连续并购的高风险性须注意相关整合措施,两种模式均实现了新能源汽车的技术跃迁。
The policy subsidies for new energy vehicles continue to decline and are coming to an end,and there is an urgent need to obtain sustainable development through technological breakthroughs.This paper compares the technological leapfrogging paths of BYD's vertical integration and Geely's successive mergers and acquisitions through a two-case comparison analysis,and finds that vertical integration is suitable for rapid expansion of companies in growth stage,while the high-risk nature of successive mergers and acquisitions requires attention to relevant integration measures.Both approaches have achieved technological leapfrogging.
