为更好地进行工程合同管理,提升合同执行效率,针对工程合同管理周期过长的原因进行分析,结合实际案例给出了提升工程合同管理效率的具体措施。总结的经验可为工程合同有效执行提供参考。
To better carry out project contract management and improve contract execution efficiency,the reason for the long period of project contract management is analyzed,and specific measures to improve the efficiency of project contract management are given combined with practical cases.The experience summarized can provide reference for the effective execution of the project contract.
