摘要
社会环境的加速内卷已经延伸至教育领域,内卷状态下高校学生对潜在职业发展存在不同程度的焦虑情绪。基于N大学在校学生调查数据的分析表明,学生群体总体上处于轻度焦虑水平,焦虑情绪主要源于追求优异成绩、同学间竞争氛围和发展前景诉求;焦虑情绪显著影响学生的职业规划和发展路径,提高学生在一线及省会城市从事高风险高收入行业和延迟就业、继续升学的选择概率;学科专业、成绩情况和家庭资本同样影响学生的职业发展决策。为化解农业院校学生的职业发展焦虑,应从探索农科建设新路径、深挖课程思政教育资源、破除功利化评价标准三个方面,增强“去内卷”的动力,营造创新人才成长的良好教育生态。
The accelerated involution of social environment has spilled over into the educational sector.Students express varying degrees of anxiety about their potential career development under the current involution.The analysis results based on the survey data of students at Nanjing Agricultural University show that the majority of students have a low level of anxiety.Anxiety mainly stems from the pursuit of high grades,the competitive atmosphere among students,and the demands for development prospects.Anxiety significantly affects students'career planning and development paths to increase the choice probability of engaging in high-risk and high-paying businesses in the first-tier and provincial capital cities,and to increase the choice probability of delaying employment and continuing further education.In addition,students'career development choices are also influenced by their major,school performance and family capital.In order to alleviate students'career development anxiety in agricultural colleges and break out of involution,it is necessary to explore new paths to reconstruct agricultural sciences education,give full play to ideological and political education curriculum resources,and eliminate utilitarian evaluation criteria,so as to create an educational ecology for the growth of innovative talents.
