摘要
高新技术产业的空间溢出效应对于大城市产业结构调整和空间布局优化有重要的现实意义.本文利用2005、2009和2013年京津冀地区规模以上工业企业微观数据,研究了区县尺度上京津冀高新技术产业时空演变特征,基于空间杜宾模型分解高新技术产业空间溢出效应并分析其作用机制.研究结果表明:(1)京津冀高新技术产业的空间分布呈现由以京津为核心向环京津地区和冀中南重要城市扩散趋势,空间格局逐步由双核结构向分散的多中心结构演变.(2)产业集聚、资本投入和交通运输水平是大城市向周边地区发挥正向溢出效应的主要因素;创新活力对地区高新技术产业促进效应显著,但溢出效应不明显;地区高新技术产业发展受相邻地区的对外开放程度、劳动力成本和市场规模的制约.
The spatial spillover effect of high-tech industry has important practical significance for industrial structure adjustment and spatial layout optimization in big cities. Based on the micro data of industrial enterprises above designated size in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region in 2005,2009 and 2013,this paper studies temporal and spatial characteristics of high-tech industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region on the district and county scale,and uses the spatial Durbin model to decompose the spatial spillover effect and analyzes its mechanism. The results show that:(1)the spatial distribution of hightech industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region showed a trend of diffusion from Beijing-Tianjin as the core to important cities around Beijing-Tianjin and central and southern Hebei,and the spatial pattern gradually changed from a dual-core structure to a decentralized multi-center structure.(2) Industrial agglomeration,capital investment and transportation level were the main factors contributing to the positive spillover effect from big cities to the surrounding areas. The innovation vitality has a significant effect on promoting the high-tech industry in the region,but the spillover effect is not obvious. The development of the regional high-tech industry was restricted by the degree of opening up,labor cost and market scale of adjacent regions.
