摘要
在信息技术与新媒体产业不断发展的今天,期刊出版已进入媒体融合时代,科研诚信则成为全球学界的重要课题。作为医学科研成果的主要载体,医学期刊的主要任务就是报道学科前沿,传播热点理念,促进学术交流。2017年4月,美国TumorBiology(《肿瘤生物学》)发布一篇撤稿声明,宣布撤销107篇来自中国作者的论文,该事件涉及国内129家机构的524名医生,出版伦理规范问题一时间成为了大家关注与讨论的焦点。结合《中国肿瘤临床》的出版伦理规范实践,着重分析了医学期刊加强学术诚信建设的重要意义,提出抵制学术不端在论文撰写、编审和出版过程中可能存在的一系列问题和解决方案,旨在加强业界对出版伦理相关问题的交流与协作,为推动医学期刊国际化进程提供依据。
With rapid development of information technology and new-media industry,the publication of journals has entered into the era of media convergence.Meanwhile,the integrity on scientific researches has become an important topic in academic community worldwide.As the main carriers of achievements on medical research,the main task of medical journals is to report the frontier of subjects,spread highlighted ideas,and promote academic exchanges.In April 2017,Tumor Biology withdrew 107 articles referring to 524 doctors from 129 domestic organizations.Ethical discipline on publica-tion was focused and discussed due to the effect of this event.Based on the experiences of obeying ethical disciplines in op-erating Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology,this paper analyzes the significance of strengthening the construction of academic integrity in medical journals,and puts forward a series of problems and solutions to resist academic misconduct in the process of writing,editing and publishing papers.The aim of the paper is to strengthen the communication and cooperation on publishing ethics-related issues in the industry,and provide a basis for promoting the process of internationalization of medical journals.
