摘要
该研究立足油气资源中剩余资源丰富且具发展潜力的非常规油气,综合分析、评价了其CO_(2)开发技术优势、技术现状和发展前景。当前,非常规油气开发中利用CO_(2)最多的3大技术为CO_(2)钻井、CO_(2)压裂和CO_(2)驱油,其宗旨都是用基于CO_(2)的工作液替换水基工作液。这样不仅可以大幅度提高开发效率,节约水资源,还可以实现部分CO_(2)永久埋存,实现负碳生产,促进了CO_(2)的资源化利用。目前,CO_(2)钻井技术可以根据需要,控制超临界CO_(2)钻井液的密度,进而实现对钻头井底压力的控制,同时也可以控制岩屑的返出,这项技术目前已经基本完成理论和实验的研究,正在进行应用的测试。CO_(2)压裂经过三代发展,第一代CO_(2)泡沫压裂已经发展成熟,第二代CO_(2)准干法压裂技术也基本成型,第三代CO_(2)干法压裂是研究的重点,需要攻克CO_(2)增黏、超轻密度支撑剂和密闭混砂车的技术瓶颈。CO_(2)驱油的应用历史很早,但目前仍存在最小混相压力太高和气窜问题严重的困难,针对这个问题,助溶剂、表面活性剂、水气交替法等技术正在不断发展。除此之外,CO_(2)气源问题、CO_(2)储藏与运输问题、CO_(2)密封件问题和CO_(2)成本问题也制约着CO_(2)在非常规油气中的应用。该文概括了当前CO_(2)在非常规油气中资源化利用的现状,阐述了当下研究与开发的方向,以及需要解决的关键问题。该研究结果对CO_(2)在非常规油气应用中的发展具有指导性的建议。
Because of the low permeability,low rock property,and high water sensitivity.Current water working fluid has a low efficiency.Substitute CO_(2) to water can utilize CO_(2) and increase production as well.The most CO_(2) demanding technology are CO_(2) drilling,CO_(2) fracturing,CO_(2) enhanced oil recovery.CO_(2) drilling provide control over bottom hole pressure and rock debris removal.This technology has finished its theory and experimental research and is being test on industrial application.CO_(2) drilling has three versions.The first version is CO_(2) foam fracture,which is a well-developed technology.Sub-nonaqueous fracturing technology is complete,nonaqueous fracturing is being developed.Bottom necks including CO_(2) thickening,ultra-light proppant and enclosed proppant mixer.CO_(2) EOR has a long history,but there is still problems like high minimum miscible pressure(MMP)and CO_(2) leakage.To solve these problems,co-solvents,surfactant,CO_(2) water alternative EOR is being developed.Beside all of above,CO_(2) supply,CO_(2) storage and transportation,CO_(2) sealing partsand over allcostareall obstacles for CO_(2) utilization,which requires progress of all fields to solve.This study summarizes the current situation of CO_(2) resource utilization in unconventional oil and gas,and expounds the current research and development direction and key problems to be solved.This has guiding suggestions for the development of CO_(2) in unconventional applications.
