摘要 目的为了提高非临床医学专业学生对《现代临床医学概论》的学习兴趣,改善此门课的教学现状,提高教学质量和效果。方法采用了翻转课堂-角色互换教学法,探讨此教学方法在《现代临床医学概论》诊断学-体格检查的教学效果。结果学生在学习兴趣和主动性、自学能力和解决问题能力方面等得到显著提高的人数最多;教学评分成绩较为优良,平均分为92分。结论将翻转课堂-角色互换教学法应用于《现代临床医学概论》诊断学-体格检查的教学中,很大程度的激发了学生的学习兴趣,培养了学生的创新思维,加强了团队合作与交流,教学效果显著。 Objective In order to improve the interest of non-clinical medicine students in"Introduction to Modern Clinical Medicine",improve the teaching status of this course,develop the teaching quality and effect.Methods The flipped classroom-role exchange teaching method is adopted to explore the teaching effect of this teaching method in diagnostics-physical examination of“Introduction to Modern Clinical Medicine”.Results Students whose learning interest and initiative,self-learning ability and problem-solving ability have been significantly improved take the largest number;The teaching grades are relatively good with an average score of 92.Conclusion The application of flipped classroom-role exchange teaching method in the teaching of diagnostics-physical examination of“Introduction to Modern Clinical Medicine”can greatly stimulate students'interest in learning,cultivate their innovative thinking,strengthen team cooperation and communication and achieve remarkable teaching results.Non-clinical medicine students.
