儿童败血症病原菌的分布情况及对抗生素的敏感性分析

摘要 目的:分析儿童败血症病原菌的分布情况及对抗生素的敏感性。方法:选择云南省第一人民医院收治的95例败血症患儿作为研究对象。对这些患儿均进行病原菌培养,观察病原菌的分布情况,并对培养出的病原菌进行药敏试验,观察其对抗生素的敏感性。结果:对95例患儿进行病原菌培养共培养分离出革兰阳性菌(G+杆菌)60株、革兰阴性菌(G-杆菌)33株、真菌2株,其中G+杆菌包括金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、肺炎链球菌和肠球菌,G-杆菌包括大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌和铜绿假单胞菌,2株真菌均为白色念珠菌。本研究中培养分离出的G+杆菌对万古霉素、阿莫西林、环丙沙星、利福霉素、头孢哌酮等抗生素的敏感性较高,对青霉素G、红霉素、庆大霉素等抗生素的敏感性较低;G-杆菌对氨苄西林等抗生素的敏感性较低,对亚胺培南、头孢他啶、庆大霉素等抗生素的敏感性较高。结论:引起儿童败血症的病原菌主要为G+杆菌和G-杆菌,其中G+杆菌包括金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌等,G-杆菌包括大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌等;G+杆菌对万古霉素、阿莫西林等抗生素的敏感性较高,G-杆菌对亚胺培南、头孢他啶等抗生素的敏感性较高。 Objective:To analyze the distribution of pathogenic bacteria and their sensitivity to antibiotics in children with sepsis.Methods:95 children with septicemia treated in yunnan First People’s Hospital were selected as the research object.All of these children were cultured with pathogenic bacteria to observe the distribution of pathogenic bacteria,and the cultured pathogens were tested for drug sensitivity to observe their sensitivity to antibiotics.Results:To pathogenic bacteria of 95 cases of children with cultivation were isolated gram-positive bacteria(G+bacillus)60 strains,gram-negative bacteria(G-bacillus)2 strains of plants,fungi,33 G+bacteria including staphylococcus aureus,hemolysis staphylococcus aureus and epidermis staphylococcus,streptococcus pneumoniae,and enterococcus,G-bacteria,including e.coli,klebsiella pneumoniae,and pseudomonas aeruginosa,Both strains were Candida albicans.In this study,G+bacilli cultured and isolated had high sensitivity to antibiotics such as vancomycin,amoxicillin,ciprofloxacin,rifamycin and cefoperazone,but low sensitivity to antibiotics such as penicillin G,erythromycin and gentamicin.G-bacillus had low sensitivity to antibiotics such as ampicillin,but high sensitivity to antibiotics such as imipenem,ceftazidime and gentamicin.Conclusion:The main pathogens causing sepsis in children are G+bacillus and G-bacillus,among which G+bacillus includes Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis,and G-bacillus includes Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae.G+bacilli were more sensitive to antibiotics such as vancomycin and amoxicillin,while G-bacilli were more sensitive to antibiotics such as imipenem an d ceftazidime.
