摘要
目前建筑工程项目不断增多对于工程整体的质量也在提高,在这种情况下,需要借助有效的工程管理来对施工的各个方面进行把控,以此来减少不良因素对于施工质量的影响。本篇文章主要从施工管理重要性开始着手,随后对施工影响因素以及施工管理中存在的问题进行分析,并提出解决对策,希望可以为相关人员提供帮助。
At present,the number of construction projects is increasing,and the overall quality of the project is also improving.In this case,it is necessary to control all aspects of construction with the help of effective project management,so as to reduce the impact of adverse factors on construction quality.This article mainly starts from the importance of construction management,then analyzes the influencing factors of construction and the problems existing in construction management,and puts forward countermeasures,hoping to provide help for relevant personnel.
