摘要
为降低检测成本和缩短检测时间,以微波萃取法提取纺织品中的可萃取重金属元素,并结合ICP-AES测定重金属元素的含量。结果表明,在样品质量为1.0 g,汗液体积20 mL,40℃微波萃取20 min的条件下,各重金属元素的线性相关系数为0.9949~0.9999,方法检出限在0.01~0.17 mg/kg,加标回收率为83.85%~113.51%,相对标准偏差小于1.5%。该方法准确快速、检测限低、精密度高,且可同时快速测定多种元素,能够满足实际快速检测纺织品中可萃取重金属元素含量的需求。
Using microwave assisted extraction for heavy metals determination of textiles by ICP-AES can reduce the detection cost and shorten the detection time.The results show that when a sample is extracted by microwave at 40℃for 20 min,the linear correlation coefficient of heavy metal elements is 0.9949-0.9999,the detection limit of the method is 0.01-0.17 mg/kg.Moreover,the recovery rate of standard addition is 83.85%-113.51%,and the relative standard deviation is less than 1.5%.It indicates that this method is accurate and fast with low detection limit,high precision,and can quickly determine multiple elements at the same time,which can meet the actual demand for rapid detection of the contents of extractable heavy metal elements in textiles.
