摘要
研究采用柱前衍生液相色谱法与柱后衍生液相色谱法对化妆品中游离甲醛进行测定。结果表明两种方法在0.1~5 mg/L的线性范围内线性关系良好,柱前衍生法的检出限为0.82μg/g,回收率为94.1%~104%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.53%;柱后衍生法的检出限为1.13μg/g,回收率为98.5%~99.2%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.71%。柱前衍生法的灵敏度更高,但精密度和回收率不及柱后衍生法。对实际样品的检测结果经统计学检验无显著性差异,两种方法均可适用于化妆品中游离甲醛的检测。
In this study,pre column derivatization liquid chromatography and post column derivatization liquid chromatography were used to determine free formaldehyde in cosmetics.The results showed that the linear relationship between the two methods was good in the linear range of 0.1~5 mg/L,and the detection limit of pre-column derivatization was 0.82μg/g,the recovery was between 94.1%and 104%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 1.53%;the detection limit of post-column derivatization was 1.13μg/g,the recovery was between 98.5%and 99.2%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 0.71%.The sensitivity of pre column derivatization is higher,but the precision and recovery are lower than that of post column derivatization.There was no significant difference in the test results of the actual samples.The two methods can be applied to the detection of free formaldehyde in cosmetics.
