草鱼鳗弧菌的分离鉴定与耐药性分析

摘要 从具有明显出血症状且濒临死亡的草鱼的肝脏和脾脏中分离到一株细菌,开展16S rDNA测序和序列比对,并对该菌株进行了药敏试验和耐药分析。结果显示,该分离菌为鳗弧菌(Vibrio anguillarum),命名为w7株;基于16S rDNA序列,构建了系统进化树,结果显示w7株与V. anguillarum 775株亲缘关系最近;最小抑菌浓度检测结果表明,w7株对氟甲喹具抗性,对恩诺沙星、盐酸多西环素和磺胺甲噁唑+甲氧苄啶较为敏感。在对由于细菌感染引起出血症状的草鱼进行治疗前,应先进行分离菌的药敏试验和耐药性分析,最终选择敏感性药物进行治疗。 Vibrio anguillarum infections are relatively common in marine fish, and the aquatic animal diseases caused by it have resulted in serious economic losses to marine fish. However, Cases of Vibrio anguillarum infecting grass carp were rarely reported. In this study, a strain of bacteria was isolated from the liver and spleen of the dying grass carp with 16 S rDNA and phylogenetic tree analysis technology. The results showed that the strain of bacteria was Vibrio anguillarum, named as strain w7;Based on the 16 S rDNA sequence, a phylogenetic tree was constructed, and the results showed that the w7 strain is closely related to the V. anguillarum 775 strain.Through drug resistance analysis, we found that w7 strain is resistant to flumequine. However, w7 strain is Sensitive to enrofloxacin, doxycycline hydrochloride, sulfamethoxazole +trimethoprim. The drug susceptibility test and drug resistance analysis of the isolated bacteria should be carried out before the treatment of grass carp that has bleeding symptoms due to bacterial infection. In final, the sensitive drugs can be selected for treatment.
