摘要
目的—针对我国华南地区大量产生且亟待利用的香蕉秸秆进行包装材料开发的潜力探究,为这一材料的合理化利用和生态型包装材料的开发提供参考。方法—采用机械盘磨法处理香蕉秸秆,运用NREL方法测定其纤维的组成成分,和将其纤维性能与已有的生物质材料进行比较,分析其应用于包装材料开发的潜力。结果—运用NREL方法测定可知,香蕉秸秆纤维素、半纤维素、酸可溶性木质素和酸不溶性木质素的含量分别为35.0%、16.5%、2.2%、17.1%,其纤维素含量相对较高,因而具备开展研究和应用的潜力。经盘磨处理和筛分后可得香蕉秸秆纤维和薄壁细胞,二者得率分别为49.87%和43.13%。结论—香蕉秸秆具备制造合格的浆板产品的潜力,具有成为绿色材料的潜力。
Objective-The aim of this paper was to study the development potential on the use of packaging materials for banana straw which needed to be used urgently in South China.As well as provide reference for the rational use of banana straw on the development of ecological packaging materials.Methods-Mechanical plate grinding was used for the treatment of banana straw.The composition of the banana straw fibers were determined by NREL method.The fiber properties for banana straw were compared with other biomass materials to analyze its potential for the development of packaging materials.Results-According to the results of NREL method,the contents of cellulose,hemicellulose,acid soluble lignin and acid insoluble lignin for banana straw were 35%,16.5%,2.2%and 17.1%,respectively.The cellulose content was relatively high which was potential for further research.Banana straw fiber and parenchyma cells were separated after mechanical plate grinding.The yields for fiber and parenchyma cells were 49.87%and 43.13%,respectively.Conclusion-Banana straw have the potential to produce qualified pulp products.Banana straw could be considered as a potential environmental friendly material.
