摘要
为研究微通道换热器和翅片管式换热器的性能差异,将2排微通道蒸发器和4排翅片管式蒸发器分别应用于同一家用空调器中进行试验对比分析,试验结果表明:在室外温度分别为26.7℃,35.0℃和40.5℃下,采用微通道蒸发器的空调器的制冷量比采用翅片管式蒸发器的分别高4.08%,2.78%和7.90%,前者COP比后者分别高3.20%,1.96%和6.90%;迎面风速从1.3 m/s变化至2.7 m/s,采用微通道蒸发器的空调器的制冷量比采用翅片管式蒸发器的空调器高1%~2%,微通道蒸发器空气侧压降比翅片管式蒸发器高5~43 Pa;在相同进风相对湿度下,采用微通道蒸发器的空调器的制冷量和空气侧压降均高于采用翅片管式蒸发器的空调器。
In order to investigate the heat transfer performance differences between microchannel heat exchanger and finned-tube heat exchanger, a two-row microchannel evaporator and a four-row finned-tube evaporator are tested in the same household air conditioner. Experimental results show that under 26.7 ℃, 35.0 ℃ and 40.5 ℃ outdoor ambient temperature, the cooling capacity of the air conditioner using microchannel evaporator is higher than that using the finned-tube evaporator by 4.08%, 2.78% and 7.90% and COP is increased by 3.20%, 1.96% and 6.90% respectively. The cooling capacity of the air conditioner using microchannel evaporator is higher than that using the finned-tube evaporator by 1%-2% under air velocity from 1.3 m/s to 2.7 m/s, the pressure drop is increased by 5-43 Pa. The cooling capacity and air side pressure drop of microchannel evaporator are higher than those of the finned-tube evaporator under the same inlet relative humidity.
