摘要
目的探析CTA、MRA、DSA三种影像学检查方法在颅内动脉瘤诊断中的临床应用价值。方法选择2016年9月至2019年10月康平县人民医院收治的50例颅内动脉瘤患者为研究对象,所有研究对象均接受CTA、MRA、DSA检查,统计分析三种影像学检查方法的检出率、动脉瘤直径及准确率。结果CTA、MRA、DSA检出率对比P<0.05。CTA、MRA、DSA动脉瘤直径检出率对比P<0.05。结论CTA、MRA、DSA在颅内动脉瘤诊断中均有理想效果,但DSA准确率更高,CTA对小型动脉瘤检出效果更佳,临床需根据患者实际情况选择合适诊断方法。
Objective:To explore the clinical value of CTA,MRA and DSA in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms.Methods:50 patients with intracranial aneurysms in Kangping people's Hospital from September 2016 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects.All subjects were examined by CTA,MRA and DSA.The detection rate,aneurysm diameter and accuracy of the three imaging methods were statistically analyzed.Results:The detection rates of CTA,MRA and DSA were compared(P<0.05).CTA,MRA,DSA aneurysm diameter detection rate comparison P<0.05.Conclusion:CTA,MRA and DSA have ideal effect in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms,but DSA has higher accuracy and CTA has better detection effect for small aneurysms.It is necessary to select appropriate diagnostic methods according to the actual situation of patients.
