摘要
目的分析研讨连续细致化护理对高危初产妊娠结局的影响。方法选择本院2019年2月至2020年2月收治的80例高危产妇,按数字随机分组法分为两组,对照组40例,采取常规护理模式,观察组40例,采取连续细致化护理干预,对比分析两组产妇妊娠结局、BSES评分、抑郁及焦虑评分和护理满意度。结果观察组妊娠结局风险总发生率(2.50%)低于对照组(22.50%),BSES评分(140.18±6.96)分高于对照组的(117.53±7.05)分,SDS评分(24.45±2.71)分和SAS评分(21.54±1.05)分低于对照组的SDS评分(42.08±2.39)分和SAS评分(41.58±1.25)分,护理总满意度观察组(97.50%)高于对照组(80.00%),P<0.05,存在可比性。结论对高危产妇产前实施细致化护理,有助于改善妊娠结局,提升BSES评分和护理满意度,降低产妇焦虑和抑郁情况,保障产妇以及婴儿健康。
Objective:To analyze and study the effect of continuous and detailed nursing on the outcome of high-risk primiparous pregnancy.Methods:Select 80 high-risk parturients admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020,and divide them into two groups according to the random grouping method of numbers.The control group 40 cases,the routine nursing mode,the observation group 40 cases,the continuous meticulous Based on nursing intervention,comparative analysis of pregnancy outcome,BSES score,depression and anxiety score,and nursing satisfaction between the two groups of parturients.Results:The total risk of pregnancy outcome in the observation group(2.50%)was lower than that of the control group(22.50%),the BSES score(140.18±6.96)was higher than the control group(117.53±7.05),the SDS score(24.45±2.71)and The SAS score(21.54±1.05)was lower than the control group's SDS score(42.08±2.39)and SAS score(41.58±1.25).The total nursing satisfaction observation group(97.50%)was higher than the control group(80.00%),P<0.05,there is comparability.Conclusion:Implementing meticulous prenatal care for high-risk parturients can help improve pregnancy outcomes,increase BSES scores and nursing satisfaction,reduce maternal anxiety and depression,and protect the health of mothers and babies.
