摘要
目的观察中医护理对气滞血瘀型慢性盆腔炎的临床护理效果。方法选取中国医科大学附属盛京医院2018年10月—2019年12月收治的60例气滞血瘀型慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为试验组与对照组,每组30例。对照组采取以西医为主的常规护理,试验组在对照组护理的基础上加入中医护理干预。比较2组患者干预前后的中医证候评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分以及SF-36生活质量评分。结果中医护理干预后,试验组患者中医证候评分、SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者SF-36生活质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医护理对气滞血瘀型慢型盆腔炎临床效果显著,能够改善患者焦虑和抑郁状态,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with qi stagnation and blood stasis treated in Shengjing Hospital affiliated to China Medical University from October 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group took the conventional nursing based on western medicine,and the experimental group added TCM nursing intervention on the basis of the nursing of the control group.TCM syndrome score,SELF-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score,self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)score and SF-36 quality of life score were compared between 2 groups before and after intervention.Results After TCM nursing intervention,the TCM syndrome scores,SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the SF-36 quality of life scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group.There is statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM nursing has a significant clinical effect on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of qi stagnation and blood stasis type,which can improve patients’anxiety and depression and improve their quality of life.
