摘要
目的本研究旨在对康复护理对于精神分裂症患者家庭态度及社会支持的影响进行研究分析。方法以我院2017年1月至2019年1月所收治的200例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,所有研究对象均于近期接受过抗精神病药物系统治疗,随机将其均分为对照组及试验组各100例,其中对照组研究对象行常规护理,试验组研究对象接受康复护理,对两组研究对象的家庭态度、社会支持情况进行对比分析。结果由研究数据结果可知,与对照组相比,试验组患者家属的家庭态度更为积极,能够给予患者充足的尊重、理解与关怀,组间数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组研究对象能够获得更加强大的社会支持,且社会支持利用情况良好,组间数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对精神分裂症患者实施康复护理,能够将患者家属的态度导向积极的方面,使之更加尊重、理解患者,给予患者更多的关怀,并能为患者提供更加良好的社会支持,尽可能的消除歧视,恢复患者社会职能。
Objective The purpose of this study was to study and analyze the impact of rehabilitation nursing on family attitude and social support of schizophrenic patients.Methods Two hundred schizophrenic patients treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were taken as the research objects.All the above research objects had recently received systematic treatment of antipsychotics.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received rehabilitation nursing.The family attitude and social support of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results According to the results of the research data,compared with the control group,the family attitude of the family members of the patients in the experimental group was more positive,which could give the patients sufficient respect,understanding and care,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the subjects in the experimental group could obtain stronger social support,and the utilization of social support was good.There was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of rehabilitation nursing for schizophrenic patients can guide the attitude of patients'family members to be positive,make them more respect and understand patients,give patients more care,provide patients with better social support,eliminate discrimination as much as possible and restore patients'social functions.
