摘要
本文针对两轮修志中县级行政区划名称变更后,编写的县级城市区志、市志存在以县志之目录与框架记述区志或市志的事物,忽视了城市、城市区之个性;志书将县改区、县改市、市改区的时间为上限,没有处理好与前志的衔接,缺少事物发端及发展的历史沿革;记述内容不完整、缺少要项等问题。县级行政区划名称变更后,志书记述事物重点必须相应调整,是县级行政区划名称变更后的市、区在第三轮编修志书启动前研究的重点。
