涂防火涂料的蜂窝组合梁耐火性能试验研究

摘要 为研究涂有防火涂料的蜂窝组合梁在火灾下的性能,进行了涂刷厚涂型防火涂料的实腹组合梁与蜂窝组合梁的抗火试验,并与未涂防火涂料的蜂窝组合梁进行对比,研究了防火涂料对蜂窝组合梁温度分布、承载力以及破坏形态等方面影响。结果表明:防火涂料可提高蜂窝组合梁的耐火能力,可将蜂窝组合梁的耐火极限由0.5 h提高到1.5 h。防火涂料能显著减小蜂窝组合梁在火灾下的变形,改变蜂窝组合梁在高温下的温度分布规律,使温度分布较为均匀,避免蜂窝组合梁腹板过早屈曲。蜂窝孔形对涂有防火涂料的蜂窝梁的耐火性能没有影响,但圆孔蜂窝组合梁表现出更好的变形抵抗能力。 In order to study the performance of cellular composite beams coated with fire retardant coating under fire, a fire resistance test of a solid web composite beam and a cellular composite beam coated with thick fire retardant coating is carried out.The influence of fire retardant coating on temperature distribution, bearing capacity and failure mode of cellular composite beams is studied.The results show that fire retardant coating can improve the fire resistance of cellular composite beams, and the fire resistance duration of cellular composite beams can be increased from 0.5 h to 1.5 h.Fire retardant coating can significantly reduce the deformation of cellular composite beams under fire, change the temperature distribution law of cellular composite beams under high temperature, make the temperature distribution more uniform, and avoid premature buckling of the cellular composite beam web.The shape of the openings has no effect on the fire resistance of cellular beams coated with fire retardant coatings, but the circle hole cellular composite beam shows better deformation resistance.
