摘要
净雅香白酒是中国白酒传承与创新的产物,从酿酒原料、窖泥培养与窖池养护工艺、酿造及勾调工艺等方面对泥坑净雅香白酒的质量风格形成的原因进行了分析探索。
The refreshing and elegant style liquor is the product of inheritance and innovation about Chinese liquor.The formation causes of quality style of Nikeng refreshing and elegant style liquor were analyzed from the aspects including brewing materials,pit mud preparation and cellars maintenance process,brewing and blending technology,etc.
