摘要
磐茶1号是从群体种木禾种中采用单株选育法育成的新品种。植株灌木型,中叶类,中生种。春茶一芽一叶期比福鼎大白茶稍晚。春茶产量比福鼎大白茶高76.6%,比龙井43高99.6%。适制多种名优茶,品质优。制烘青绿茶,外形紧结略卷曲、嫩绿带翠显毫,汤色浅嫩绿清澈明亮,香气高鲜显花香,滋味甘醇鲜爽,叶底肥嫩较嫩绿明亮。抗寒性中等,抗旱性较强;抗茶炭疽病强,易感茶小绿叶蝉。宜在磐安、杭州、丽水及相似自然条件的茶区引种栽培。
'Pancha 1'is a new cultivar bred from the'Muhe'population by single plant breeding method.It is shrubby type,middle leaf type,mesophytic species.Its one bud and one leaf period of spring tea is slightly later than'Fuding Dabaicha'.Its spring tea yield was 75.4%higher than that of'Fuding Dabaicha'and 116.6%higher than that of'Longjing 43'.It is suitable for making a variety of famous tea with excellent quality.The baked green tea is compact and slightly curly in shape,light green with emerald green,light green clear and bright in soup color,high fresh fragrance,sweet and mellow fresh taste,light green,bright and tender in the infused leaves.Its cold and drought tolerance are strong.It has moderate resistance to tea anthracnose,but susceptible to small green tea leaf hoppers.It should be introduced and cultivated in Pan'an,Hangzhou,Lishui and tea areas with similar natural conditions.
