摘要
目的观察应用依达拉奉联合奥扎格雷钠治疗脑血栓患者的效果。方法本文行分组对照试验,将2018年2月至2019年10月于我院进行治疗的78例脑血栓患者应用抽签法分为观察组和对照组,每组39例。两组患者均通过基础治疗方法进行治疗,观察组行依达拉奉联合奥扎格雷钠治疗,对照组行单纯的依达拉奉法治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.87%(37/39),对照组治疗总有效率为79.49%(31/39),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为7.69%,对照组不良反应发生率为5.13%,P>0.05;治疗后,观察组平均血小板体积、血小板黏附率、血小板计数明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,观察组与对照组的TT、PT、APTT、FIB水平比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05);治疗后观察组的TT、PT、APTT水平明显高于对照组,FIB水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,观察组的NIHSS评分、Barthel指数评分与对照组相比,差异均无显著性(P>0.05);治疗1周、2周后观察组与对照组的NIHSS评分、Barthel指数评分均下降,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05),尤其是在治疗2周后差异更具显著性(P<0.01)。结论应用依达拉奉联合奥扎格雷钠治疗脑血栓患者的效果明显优于单纯依达拉奉治疗的效果,具有良好的安全性,利于改善患者的血小板相关参数和神经功能。
Objective To observe the effect of edaravone and ozagrel sodium on cerebral thrombosis.Methods A total of 78 patients with cerebral thrombosis who were treated in our hospital from February 2018 to October 2019 were divided into observation group and control group.The number of cases was equal to 39 cases.The two groups of patients were treated by basic treatment.The observation group was treated with edaravone and ozagrel sodium.The control group underwent the simple edaravone treatment study,and the statistical data of the two groups were calculated.And do statistical comparisons.Results In the observation group,the total effective rate was 94.87%(37/39),and in the control group,the total effective rate was 79.49%(31/39),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among the observation group,the incidence rate was 7.69%,the incidence rate was 5.13%in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The average platelet volume,platelet adhesion rate,platelet count and neurological deficit score of the two groups were compared after treatment.The performance of the group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the TT,PT,APTT,and FIB levels of the observation group and the control group(P>0.05);after treatment,the TT,PT,and APTT levels of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the FIB level was significantly lower in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the observation group's NIHSS score and Barthel index score and the control group(P>0.05);after 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment,the observation group and the control group's NIHSS score and Barthel index score decreased,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),especially after 2 weeks of treatment,the difference was more significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The effect of edaravone combined
