摘要
目的对狂躁抑郁症患者护理中临床护理路径实施的效果进行观察。方法选取本科室94例狂躁抑郁症患者,时间为2019年2月至2020年2月,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(47例,常规护理)与观察组(47例,临床护理路径),对两组心理状态、治疗依从性、生活质量及护理满意度等指标进行对比。结果护理后,观察组SAS评分为(41.66±3.87)分、SDS评分为(43.84±4.27)分,均低于对照组的(49.22±5.08)分、(51.33±5.43)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗依从率为91.49%,高于对照组的74.47%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.483,P<0.05);护理后,观察组生活质量评分方面,躯体功能评分为(95.76±3.83)分、心理功能评分为(95.25±3.46)分、社会功能评分为(96.26±3.15)分、物质生活评分为(97.38±2.47)分,较对照组的(73.92±7.06)分、(72.68±6.53)分、(76.42±5.06)分、(75.15±6.22)分均明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理满意度方面,观察组为97.87%,显著高于对照组的80.85%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.197,P<0.05)。结论在对狂躁抑郁症患者治疗期间,临床护理路径的实施对患者心理状态有明显改善作用,有利于患者治疗依从性的提高,保证了治疗效果的实现,同时,对患者生活质量也有明显改善作用,且提升了护理服务质量,值得推广。
Objective To observe the effect of the implementation of clinical nursing pathways in the nursing of patients with manic depression.Methods A total of 94 patients with manic depression in the undergraduate department were selected from February 2019 to February 2020.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(47 cases,routine care)and observation group(47 cases,clinical care path),to compare the mental state,treatment compliance,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups.Results After nursing,the SAS score of the observation group was(41.66±3.87)and the SDS score was(43.84±4.27),which were lower than those of the control group(49.22±5.08)and(51.33±5.43).The difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).The treatment compliance rate of the observation group was 91.49%,which was higher than 74.47%of the control group(χ^(2)=7.483,P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score of the observation group,the physical function score was(95.76±3.83)points,mental function scores of(95.25±3.46)points,social function scores of(96.26±3.15)points,material life scores of(97.38±2.47)points,compared with the control group's(73.92±7.06)points and(72.68±6.53)points,(76.42±5.06)points,(75.15±6.22)points were significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of nursing satisfaction,the observation group was 97.87%,which was significantly higher than the control group's 80.85%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.197,P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of patients with manic depression,the implementation of clinical nursing pathways can significantly improve the mental state of patients,which is conducive to the improvement of patients'compliance with treatment,and ensures the realization of treatment effects.The quality of nursing services is high,at the same time,it also significantly improves the quality of life of patients and improves the quality of nursing services,it is worthy of promotion.
